Karen Rodriguez has more than sixteen years of experience in music royalties. Ms. Rodriguez has been responsible for royalty reporting and analysis for BMI and The Walt Disney Company. She also worked for eleven years at Windswept Holdings as Senior Vice President of Administration and Royalties.

Since 2007, Ms. Rodriguez has been a consultant to the music industry and specializes in royalty accounting, music publishing administration, royalty audits, due diligence and catalog valuation. She has also been a member of the Board of Directors for the Association of Independent Music Publishers (AIMP) and has served as Chairman of the Publisher Steering Committee for the Harry Fox Agency.

Ms. Rodriguez holds bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Music from Indiana University along with a Certificate in Executive Management from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
